Any loved child can be a legacy of the University of Oklahoma! Enrolled children receive a free introductory, illustrated 4-color book about the University of Oklahoma (children 11 and older receive an OU pen and notebook). Legacies receive a birthday card every year and a gift every other year from the University.

Show your Sooner Pride everywhere you go! Oklahoma residents are eligible for University of Oklahoma license plates. You do not need to be an alumnus of OU to purchase these plates. A portion of the annual license plate fees goes towards the Alumni Association.

The Regents’ Alumni Award honors individuals who have given generously of their time and service to the university.  Alumni, friends, deans, faculty and staff of the University of Oklahoma are encouraged to submit completed nomination forms for the individuals deserving of such recognition.

To assist students financially, the OU Alumni Association offers a variety of scholarships through local alumni and society chapters across the country. OU's alumni clubs provide constant support to the student body through their generous contribution for scholarships for students from their club area, with the OU Alumni Association matching this amount through tuition wavers.
